Once a quote on postage has been obtained, All Smiles Partyware uses the services of Paypal to allow secure transactions for our customers. When you confirm your order we will send you a Personalised Paypal Invoice for you to complete the transaction.

As most of our items are primarily custom made to your specifications and requirements we DO NOT exchange or refund monies if you change your mind. Exchange or refund will only be offered in the event of faulty goods or as a result of human error during packing where an item ordered has been omitted.
